I can be hands on with items such as: creating an entire live show based on the artists vision, hiring & collaborating with band/team members, designing/writing live musical arrangements, coordinating all show elements with the production crew, creating arrangements in Sibelius software for shows, rehearsals and/or recording sessions, coordinating & leading rehearsals, and taking care of band business forms/contracts.
